Gamekeeper’s Cottage is perfectly located for a family to explore the Lake District National Park and the beautiful beaches of the Cumbrian coast.

Kitchen/dining room: With range with electric oven and electric hob, microwave, slow cooker, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with double shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom 3: With single bed.
Bathroom: With bath, double shower cubicle and toilet.

Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair available on request. Welcome pack.

Sitting-out area with garden furniture. ⅓-acre landscaped garden with terrace (shared with Gardener’s Cottage). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. 

Access to 11.5 acres of private gardens and woodland.

For that family break the cottage has beautiful and sumptuous superking size beds with fluffy bathrobes (on request), a single bed, and your choice of feather or microfibre pillows. There is a warm and inviting living room and a large kitchen/dining room to relax in or why not sit outside and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the gardens. Gamekeeper’s Cottage can be booked along with Gardener’s Cottage which sleeps two guests and is also located in the south wing which is ideal if you are looking for a family holiday but like that little bit of privacy.

All have luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and a choice of feather or microfibre pillows.
